Taizhou Huangyan Wanhao Mould Factory, which is one member of Huangyan Mould Associations, also is a large and medium-sized enterprise specialized in manufacture of precision plastic injection moulds. Our company has more than 230 staffs now. Among them, there are about 40 designers and 100 middle and high class technical personnel specializing in moulds and designing. 50 personnel master in operating on CNC and EDM. We own 12 sets of CNC machining tools, 6 sets of EDM forming machines, 6 sets of wire cutting machines, 5 sets of rocker arm drilling machines, 16 sets of mould processing and trial equipment and 28 computers and so on. A CAD/CAM/CAE integrated flow system has been established for the whole process of design and manufacture of moulds, which has greatly improved precision of moulds and shortened the manufacturing cycle of moulds. Moreover, DELL-MITE flexible coordinating measuring machines from USA are adopted to ensure reversal design of moulds and manufacturing quality.
        In the last few years, our factory has designed and made hundreds sets of moulds for several automobile components factories, including Dongfeng of Erqi Motors,Shanghai Volkswagen, Changhe Automobiles, Shuanhuan Automobiles, Aurora Automobiles and Futian of Beiqi Automobiles, etc.
        Our factory has passed ISO9001:2000 quality certification. Insisting on the tenet of "Quality First, Client First", we are trying our best to improve quality of products and management level, aiming to make the most competitive products to meet needs of our clients.

Large professional develop and design group, adopt most advanced 3D design soft ware in the world. And including CAD, CAE and CAM for design and making of moulds and dies, and a standard huge mold database has been established. We design and develop molds and dies in strict compliance with national and international standards. Moreover, we have accumulated many years' design and development experiences. All these ensure we are able to provide customers with molds and products of superior quality, and offer them perfect technical services and after-sale services.
